American Landscapes Exhibit

Cavallo Point Lodge is exhibiting works by the legendary photographer and environmentalist, Ansel Adams. From 1948 to 1976, Adams produced seven portfolios, each with a limited edition of 15 signed photographics prints. A rare complete collection is available for $125,000 with a portion of the proceeds being donated to non-profits. Wow! Great to be able to see these beautiful works.

A Twin-Sister get away after the loss of our brother Robert Yellen, took Shelley Hann and I to the Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito, CA for some much needed R&R. Much to our surprise we discovered this hidden gem just across the Golden Gate Bridge. The rooms and suites are available in two styles, Historic and Contemporary. We chose an Historic 2 Bedroom Suite that overlooked the San Francisco Bay. We never made it to the fine dining restaurant called, Murray Circle, as we started with Happy Hour in the Farley Bar and spent the evening there sharing some local California wines and happy stories about our much missed brother.
